The Bridgewater Bank headquarters is a four-story, mixed-use office building with three levels of structured and on-street parking. The ground floor contains a 7,100-square-foot branch bank and 7,500-square-foot retail space, including a 5,500-square-foot Hazelwood Restaurant that Ironmark built out in 2021. The upper levels of the office include multiple amenity decks to integrate the commercial space and the surrounding residential character. This includes an abundance of green space and seating surrounding the building.
