The Kappa Sigma fraternity project involved adding a wood-framed third story to the existing fraternity house, along with a complete remodel of the basement, first, and second floors. The additions included a recreation room, bike room, fitness room, study space, and an outdoor patio.

The new third story features a flat roof and an extended fireplace chute. New windows, doors, and millwork were installed throughout the structure. Additionally, a new façade and landscaping were incorporated, all while preserving the original 1960s architectural characteristics.
