Construction of Luna Apartments began in August 2018 and was completed 12 months later, in August 2019. Luna comprises 85 units with floorplans ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The building features a Level 1 parking garage, a rooftop moon deck with skyline views, a gaming lounge, a pet wash, a bike room, and a fitness center. The units are equipped with nine-foot ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and oversized windows.
