Mezzo is a six-story, 110-unit residential community in the Grain Belt activity center in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis. At the street level, there are live/work units with front doors facing onto Marshall Street. The ground floor also houses resident amenities, including a lobby, lounge, and fitness center. On the sixth level, residents have access to a lounge and terrace containing outdoor seating and views of the downtown skyline, the Grain Belt Brewery Complex, and the Mississippi River. Below-grade and at-grade enclosed parking consists of 81 parking stalls and a surface lot for Dusty’s patrons.
