Mural Apartments is Ironmark’s first project in Colorado and consists of 216 housing units across six residential buildings. Each unit includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry, and select apartments also feature walk-in closets and bedroom ceiling fans. Community amenities include a standalone clubhouse with an outdoor pool, playground, kids’ room, fitness center, dog park, pet spa, work-from-home lounges, and a secure package room. The project was completed in just under 14 months – a remarkable achievement for our team and a significant milestone for our client.
