The Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) tenant buildout was completed in early 2023, after starting construction in the fall of 2022. This buildout encompassed the construction of both the basement and first level, amounting to a total of 18,810 square feet. The project involved the installation of a new elevator, the removal of the existing precast concrete floor system, and the installation of three bathrooms and a kitchen area. Additionally, an existing kitchen was remodeled. Overall, the buildout resulted in the creation of 13 small offices, 9 large offices, a spacious boardroom on the first floor, meditation rooms, and three family academy rooms.
