OX-OP Apartments is located in the heart of the Mill District. With OX-OP’s proximity to neighboring buildings, each with differing foundations and soil conditions underneath, we had to use 3 different systems, including: soil solidification, helical / shotcrete retention, and cast underpinning systems, to safely construct the foundations. OX-OP is seven stories tall, with over 150 units. Amenities include, but are not limited to, a fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, and rooftop sky deck.
