The Residence Inn City Center, located in Downtown Minneapolis, was an interior demolition and remodel of 124 extended stay guest suites totaling over 94,000 square feet. This renovation consisted of updating finishes, cabinets, countertops, appliances, restroom fixtures, and all common area finishes, including a new lobby, check-in desk, and lounge/bar. During the course of construction, the hotel continued operations while our team renovated the building one level at a time.
