The Seventeen10 building is a Class A mixed-use property located on Lake Street in Uptown, featuring 11,000 square feet of retail and office space on the first and second floors, and seven spacious apartment homes on the third and fourth floors. Seventeen10 is one of the first buildings of its kind on Lake Bde Maka Ska and was designed to help modernize the Lake Street façade.
