Ironmark is honored to be the General Contractor for one of the largest rehabilitation projects in Minneapolis to date.

The project includes the full modernization of two existing buildings: a 20-story high-rise designated for the elderly and a four-story mid-rise designated for adults. In addition to the rehabilitation of these two buildings, a new four-story building will be constructed and connected to the high-rise through a common space, adding up to 15 new units and additional amenities for residents to use.
