Construction at The Grand Victoria began in August 2026, with completion anticipated for late 2027. This mixed-use development will include 90 market-rate apartment units above ground-floor commercial and retail spaces. The seven-story building consists of five levels of wood-frame construction over a two-story post-tensioned podium, with parking located both above and below grade.

Resident amenities will include a second-level lounge, upper-level terrace with grilling stations and a fire pit, outdoor sauna, and green roof overlooking Grand Avenue.
